MOVE-OUT CLEANING SERVICES
Now that the rooms are empty (or nearly empty), it’s time to make your home or apartment look even better than it did when you first moved in. Many apartment and house contracts require a “broom-clean” while others call for a detailed checklist that covers everything from the stove to the baseboards.
Services on our move-in-out cleaning list are likely to include the following:
Clean inside of all cabinets, drawers, and closets
Dust furniture, windowsills, and light fixtures
Remove trash
Vacuum all exposed uncarpeted and carpeted floors
Clean all counters and cabinet faces
Wipe exterior of large and small appliances
Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, toilets
Mop and treat all exposed uncarpeted floors
Sweep off the front entry way
Clean exterior of any fireplace
Hand wipes all light switches
Clean open shelving, ledges, painted woodwork including baseboards and cabinet faces
Clean and sanitize inside of the refrigerator and freezer
Clean stove hood (exterior)
Clean all areas around the stove top, kitchen sink and island counter tops
